Capacity Building Programs under Demand-based Reproductive Health Commodity Project (DBRHCP) (Mar 2005 –Jun 2009)

Under the DBRHCP Project, RTM International worked for capacity building and systems improvement in two rural upazillas and one urban location. The project improved the capacity of at least 172 health personnel of the state-run local-level health service delivery points (Union Family Welfare Centers and Rural Dispensaries) as well as that of 3400 workers belonging to the NGOs and private sector working in the project area.
