Poverty, gender and youth are cross - cutting issues which have their place in a project depending on the objectives set forth for the project. These issues are addressed while preparing training manuals or conducting training course for the service providers who are given appropriate exposure to the concerned topics (depending on the project - objectives). RTM International has experienced and trained staff to implement project components related to poverty, gender and youth.
