Development of health human resources is an avowed principle of RTM International. It has a system of offering internship to fresh graduates. We have arrangements with the James P. Grant School of Public Health of BRAC University under which JPGSPH selects meritorious students completing their MPH course from there and refers them to RTM International for appropriate internship stints. JPGSPH offers a monthly emolument to the interns. RTM provides seating arrangement, computers, office stationery and the intern is placed under the supervision of a senior professional.
